Each person who intends to drive in Thailand must bring a valid driver’s license, passport, and a valid means of payment (generally via cash). All of these items must be submitted on the day the car will be picked up.

Yes; however, each person who intends to drive the car must submit a valid driver’s license on the day the car will be picked up. If it is not possible for all drivers to be present on the day of pick-up, a copy of their driver’s license (both sides) and passport must be prepared in advance and submitted.

Yes. No age restrictions are in place. Anybody with a valid driver’s license can rent a vehicle.

Reservations can be made up to 30 minutes prior to pick-up if a vehicle is required at the last minute.

Yes, as long as a vehicle is available in the station; however, we recommend making a reservation because no vehicle may be available during busy periods.

We accept reservations for a rental period of one (1) month at most.

Yes. All Krabi Car Rentals vehicles are non-smoking.

No. There are no mileage restrictions or additional fees.

All of our rental vehicles are covered for body injury compensation, property damage compensation and market-value vehicle damage compensation. These are included in the rental fee. A non-operation charge (partial compensation for loss of earnings) may be imposed as well.

Please follow the procedure below if you get involved in an accident:

1. Move the vehicle to a safe location to prevent further accidents.
2. Assist all injured parties.
3. Report the accident to the police.
4. Get the details of the other party.
5. Contact the Krabi Car Rentals office.

Do not negotiate a private settlement on the spot. Private settlements will invalidate the insurance, which will require the user to pay the entire cost.

No. You may NOT rent a car if you do not show a valid driver’s license and passport at the time of pick-up. Please make sure that you do not forget to bring the necessary documents on the day of pick-up.

Yes. We do offer delivery service. Please fill the Pickup Address in our reservation form.

Yes. We can pick up the car at most locations in Krabi. Please fill the Return Address in a form when making a reservation.

You may return the vehicle to the station as it is. Please pay the refueling fee in accordance with the distance traveled.
